For the crust:
- 2 cups of Conchita Maria Cookies, crumbs
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
- 1 ½ cups Conchita Dulce de Leche
- 3 bananas ripe & firm
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Add 1/2 cup of one of these special toppings: - Grated chocolate
- Shredded coconut
- Chopped pistachio
Instructions
- Add Conchita Maria cookies in a food processor and stir together the cookie crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and melted butter in a bowl and mix well. Press the mix well with your hands and create pie’s crust in a circled bake pan.
- When ready, cover crust with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for an hour.
- When ready, spread Conchita Dulce de Leche on top of the crust.
- Add one even layer of thinly chopped bananas over Conchita’s Dulce de Leche.
- Whisk heavy cream and the rest of the ingredients in high speed until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over bananas and refrigerate for 3 hours.
