INGREDIENTS
¾ cup Conchita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup Conchita Red Cooking Wine

4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 shallot, chopped
2 Tbsp. oregano, finely chopped
1-2 tsp hot red pepper flakes
1 tsp. salt
RECIPE PREPARATION
1. Add all ingredients together into a bowl, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2. Chimichurri can be prepared in advance and kept refrigerated for 24 hours.
3. Baste your steak or chicken with chimichurri and spoon it on top of your grilled meat!
