Our delicious breakfast begins with our nutritious peach halves, served in light syrup. Abuela Conchita loved eating peaches because they are rich in many vitamins, minerals, and beneficial plant compounds.

So she used to incorporate the fruit into most of her breakfasts and desserts, as they offer magnificent health benefits such as: healthier skin, helps relief allergy symptoms, improves digestion and heart health. Stay healthy for you and your family!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 7 oz. Greek peach yogurt 
  • 1 cup of Conchita’s Peach Halves, thinly diced 
  • 1 ½ tsp. Granola, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. Sliced almonds
  • Cinammon, to taste

Steps  

  1. Add the yogurt into the bottom of a small tumbler or serving bowl.
  2. Top with Conchita Peach Halves slices. 
  3. Repeat layer one more time and add the granola, almonds and cinnamon.
