Aquí encontrarás una receta súper fácil y saludable para preparar unos deliciosos tacos de pollo en casa. Abuela Conchita never stops amazing us with her spontaneous, delicious and healthy dishes made with love at home!

Ingredients: 

  • 3 cups shredded chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp. Conchita All Purpose Sazón
  • 2 tbsp. Conchita Mojo Criollo Marinade
  • 1 tbsp. Conchita Vegetable Oil
  • Conchita Roasted Pimientos or chipotle peppers 
  • 3 cups shredded cheese, your choice
  • 1 pack of flour or corn tortillas 
  • 2 avocados
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Shredded cotija cheese
  • Sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Toss and mix the shredded chicken in a bowl and season it with Conchita All Purpose Sazón and Conchita Mojo Criollo Marinade to your liking.
  2. Fill the tortillas with the chicken mixture, sprinkle some shredded cheese and add some Conchita Roasted Pimientos.
  3. Roll the tortillas up and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400 °F, place the tortillas on a baking sheet and brush them with some Conchita Vegetable Oil.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown or crisp.
  6. Remove toothpicks and serve with sliced avocado, pico de gallo, sour cream and shredded lettuce.
  7. Add the cotija cheese on top for an extra touch.
