Ingredients:
1 15.5 oz Conchita Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ small shallot, finely sliced
2 pinches of salt
4 pinches of Herbs of Provence
Juice of ½ of lime
¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsps. Conchita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How to make it:
Combine all the ingredients to blender or food processor. Blend until mixture is creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate and least 1 hour before serving.
